So you've got that grumpy nosey neighbor who is always snooping over the fence or comes out into their front yard to see what you are up to.  Well here he is in cat form!  "Grumpy Uncle Cracker" #32 in the A Cat A Day Project. Don't you just want to turn the hose on him?  Ha Ha
