Is it or is it not?

It was a busy day and I didn't get to work on my new Cat A Day piece until much later today.  I did manage however to finish this adorable collage and although I sign it I still feel that I can add to it to make it better.  So sweet driving cat you are out there but plan on being added to!  Day # 18
